There was a miscommunication with the door access code but the host answered my call immediately to assist. Very impressed!

We had a comfortable stay for family of 4 adults due to number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Access to laundry was nice. Location worked for us.HoweverUpon entering we noticed water gushing out of sump pump.Also noted garbage left from previous guest? (Garbage in receptacle)Immediately sent text to host to ask about garbage bags as we could not find any.The host never responded! Not to any inquiries.No instructions for anything in house.Day 2 notice on door that water would be shut off 2 days after our stay!If you stay here be prepared to bring your own EVERYTHING including these were NOT supplied HairdryerShampoo Bath matSalt pepperNapkinsPaper towels Garbage bags Coffee (keurig but NO pods)Tea pot/ way to boil waterKleenexKitchen towels/ We have never experienced such a lack of warm welcome!
