There is also a DVD player and a small stereo system. On the south-facing terrace with a garden, you’ll find a beach chair, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill. Wi-Fi is available. Here, you can enjoy a ride on the paddlewheel steamer “Concordia II” to the sandy beach. The Harle River is just a few steps away, and you’ll find cafés, restaurants, and pubs all around the museum harbour. You’ll also find nearby shopping options for souvenirs or everyday necessities. For the little ones, there are nearby playgrounds, and the “Cliner Quelle” is about 200 metres away. There, you can swim, enjoy the sauna, or simply relax—even when the weather’s bad. Carolinensiel on the North Sea—the Wadden Sea has been part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, Wadden Sea National Park, since 2009.
