Beach Getaway

Welcome to one of the greatest coastal destinations on Earth. The Cardiff Village area is located along Highway 101 in Northern San Diego County. This property is located just across the highway from The San Elijo State Beach and Campground. It is located half a block from Glenn Park, which is a local community park with tennis courts, picnic areas, a basketball court and a children's play area. The beach access is a quick 10 minute walk via Chesterfield which crosses Highway 101. This Cardiff-By-The-Sea townhome has three bedrooms featuring two queen beds and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. The three bathrooms include a jetted bathtub, perfect for soaking after a day of exploring. There are two balcony seating areas and a shaded rear ground floor patio with a gas barbecue. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or gathering with friends, this peaceful retreat offers a delightful stay. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Unfortunately, we stayed during a humid and hot time for the area. This house does not have AC, nor does this house have any fans (ceiling or house) for circulation. During our stay the avg temp was 85 in the house; the host was made aware of this during our stay with no care or solution.The location is a huge plus. The beach and restaurants are walking distance. And the host responded to an issue very quickly. I cannot blame the host for the weather, but for the price - fans could have been provided. Hotels are much cheaper.
