Touch Ocean Front Beach Rental

Beautiful top floor ocean view beach house. Unobstructed ocean views from Swamis to La Jolla. Walkable distance to restaurants, bars and grocery store. Very friendly neighbors!

Three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Third bedroom can act as an office too. Pull out couch in this room is a TempurPedic, it is very comfortable.

All Furniture in the unit is brand new. We chose to have a huge couch that is extremely comfy so guest can come back and relax after a long day.

Condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Centrally located to beach, hike/bike trail, restaurants and grocery store. View from balcony is spectacular. Pictures don’t do it justice. Ryan the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Looking forward to staying here again.

Loved the location of this house. Easy walking distance to both Encinitas and Cardiff. House was clean, beds comfy and view spectacular. Great communication with Ryan.

Beautiful place with great location. Ryan was awesome. The only thing that would of added to the experience would of been to maybe have a couple beach cruisers to ride.

The Rental is so well stocked!!! I appreciate the higher end pots & pans in the kitchen when making our breakfast!! The view and sunsets are spectacular!! The walking sidewalk is just across the street and is a must do while you’re there!! you’re inspired by all the people walking/running and biking the paths! The surfers too!! we watched whales blow holes off in the distance, and a many pods of dolphins swimming by! Such a great central location!! I wondered about the railroad tracks, but I use “Blue noise” sound on youtube at night and that’s mostly when the trains run, not an issue for us at all happy to say!Lil piece of paradise overlooking the ocean!! !

The views are spectacular but beyond that, the host has thought of every comfort one might need. We’ve never stayed in a VRBO property that was so comfortable and perfect in every way. Soft sheets, tons of blankets, streaming plus regular cable options, coffee and creamers, multi socket plugs in bathroom, great storage, comfy furniture, etc. A+++

Great Location

Beautiful view & furnishings on the balcony, wonderful location with the "rail trail" paved walking path right across the street that leads into downtown Encinitas. Everything you need is provided, extra room fans (no A/C) linens and kitchen basics were all there. Place was very clean. Ryan was very responsive to any questions. Check in & Out was smooth & easy. Will defintiely stay again!
