Located in the municipality of Lauro de Freitas, bordering Salvador, in a residential area, this private property is surrounded by other neighbouring houses, and is a 10-15 minute walk from Ipitanga Beach and Vilas do Atlântico Beach.

20-minute drive to the airport and metro station.

15 minutes by car to the centre of Lauro de Freitas, Rua Amarilio Thiago dos Santos, with its large popular commercial area.

10 minutes by car to the centre of Vilas do Atlântico, Av. Praia de Itapuã, with bars, restaurants, delicatessens, pharmacies, butchers, supermarkets, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, beauty salons, gyms, small shopping centers, etc.;

15 to 20 minutes by car to the major shopping centres Parque Shopping Bahia and Shopping Salvador Norte.

15 minutes to Estrada do Coco with access to the beaches of the North Coast, department stores, banks and large supermarkets.
