Sydney was a great host! Our family felt immediately welcomed and comfortable with the resort style home and amenities. Sydney was an excellent host from her thorough communications, informative instructions and clear expectations. I highly recommend this home for your next family retreat.

I want to share some feedback regarding our recent stay in Oct. 2026. First, I want to acknowledge that the host was friendly and nice, the location was excellent, and the size of the home was great. Unfortunately, the overall condition and cleanliness of the home were extremely disappointing. The house was very dirty and clearly needed a thorough deep cleaning. The outdoor areas were also extremely dirty and poorly maintained The balcony off the primary bedroom had old worn-out, dirty furniture that was rusted and in need of replacement. Inside the home, there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable, including: -All showers and toilets needed a deep cleaning.-The living room couch had holes on both sides and scratches that made it look as though a cat had attacked it. -The pool was dirty and the overall condition of it was poor.- Doors and handles were dirty especially the back sliding door-The overall condition of the home was dirty, unkempt, and in need of attention. We ended up spending over two hours cleaning various areas of the house just to feel comfortable staying there. This was extremely frustrating, as we expected the property to be clean and well-maintained upon arrival. I could not recommend staying here until there is a thorough deep cleaning, proper maintenance, updated furnishings, and some remodeling done.I hope this feedback is taken constructively as it was written to help those looking to rent and ownership.
