Our home is located just outside of the village of Clayton, NY in the heart of the 1000 Islands. The area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with ample activities like hiking, boating, fishing and snowmobiling. The area boasts several wineries, breweries, and distilleries along with many boutiques and shops downtown. The TI Museum and Antique Boat Museum are popular for history buffs and families alike. Just 20-30 minutes from Alexandria Bay, Cape Vincent, Sackets Harbor, and Watertown, Clayton is centrally located on the St. Lawrence River.

What makes this property unique

Our home is newly renovated and updated, offering a cozy space to relax in after a long day on the river. Located on a dead end road just outside of the village, it offers privacy and space without sacrificing proximity to downtown. And of course, it offers river views of the channel and Calumet Island.
