A quick layout note: Blue Water Vista is two separate units combined into one full-property rental. Unit A is on the first floor, and Unit B is on the second and third floors. Your group gets both units when booking the whole property, but the units do not connect from the inside. To go between Unit A and Unit B, guests must use the exterior stairs.

The closest beach access is Scotch Bonnet Public Beach Access, making beach days easy, even if your group travels with enough towels, chairs, snacks, and sunscreen to open a small seaside store.

The elevator goes from the ground floor to the 2nd and 3rd ONLY. It does not stop on the 1st level.

You must use stairs to reach Unit A on the first floor and to reach the highest balcony on top of the house.

Blue Water Vista is made up of two separate units that are rented together when booking the entire property. Unit A is the first-floor unit, and Unit B includes the second and third floors. When you book the full home, your group has private access to both units, plus the outdoor spaces, pool, hot tub, fenced yard, patios, and balconies.

Please note: Unit A and Unit B are not connected from the inside. To get from the first-floor Unit A to the second-floor Unit B, guests must use the exterior stairs. There is no interior staircase or interior doorway connecting Unit A to Unit B.

This layout works well for larger groups who want to stay together while still having separate spaces to spread out — perfect for families, wedding groups, friend trips, or anyone who appreciates a little breathing room on vacation.

Guests have private access to the home, carport parking, balconies, patios, fenced yard, pool, and outdoor spaces. The home is not shared with other guests.

✅ The full-property rental includes both Unit A and Unit B. Unit A is on the first floor, and Unit B includes the second and third floors. The units are not connected from the inside. ✅ Travel insurance is recommended for unexpected weather, illness, or last-minute travel changes.

The guest who booked the reservation is responsible for making sure everyone in the group—including visitors, children, and the registered dog—follows these rules. Charges may apply for damage, missing items, guest-caused service calls, or cleaning beyond a typical stay.

✔ Booking Rules
Booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the full reservation. No third-party bookings. All overnight guests and pet(s) must be listed on reservation.

✔ Guest Limit
Maximum occupancy is 18 people, including children. Visitors also count toward this limit.

✔ No Parties
Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are not allowed. Excessive noise, disruptive activity, or having more people at the property than approved will be considered a party and a house-rule violation.

✔ No Indoor Smoking or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are not permitted inside the home or near open doors or windows where smoke or vapor could enter.

Evidence (that includes smell) of indoor smoking or vaping may result in a minimum $1,050 cleaning and odor-remediation charge, plus any additional restoration costs.

For everyone’s security, we’ll normally confirm any request for interior access through the Airbnb message thread first. Please do not allow anyone inside unless we have confirmed the visit.

Routine lawn care, trash collection, and exterior pest control may take place without entering the home.
