Incredible property right on the beach…met every expectation I had from the pictures, and then some! Jim was communicative and available throughout our stay. We had 15 people across 3 generations and everyone was happy and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

This house was excellent for all 15 of our family members. Very spacious and updated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and with 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks meal prep and clean up was easy!Communication with Jim was easy and he always responded quickly. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t optimal but the amenities in the house helped ease the pain of very little beach time!We were off season so being next to public parking and beach access was not a problem. We would rent again!

Our host was right on top of things. had a small issue with refrigerator freezing up had maintenance there to take care of it in no time. Kids loved it. Amazing space for all of to spread out and not be on top of each other with everyone having a bathroom.Would highly recommend. had a wonderful time.

In my book this house, location, cost, the host made our stay unforgettable. It’s a beautiful location and the host was readily available and so entirely patient with questions before we got there. For a large family and the open room concept couldn’t have been a better choice. I highly recommend this house for any event. Thank you, Jim. You were fantastic. We will definitely keep you in mind for our next visit to Carolina Beach.
