Guest Access



Guests will have private access to the entire home and all outdoor living spaces during their stay, including the front porch, sunroom, backyard, fully equipped kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry room.



The only area that is not accessible to guests is the garage, which is reserved for owner storage and is not included with the rental.

No Parties or Events



Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are **strictly prohibited**. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund and a **$500 violation fee**, where permitted.



No Smoking or Vaping



This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free home. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the property.



Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $500 smoke remediation fee** and may result in the termination of your reservation.



Pet Policy



We are proud to offer a pet-friendly home!



To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking, and the applicable pet fee must be paid prior to check-in.



Bringing an undisclosed pet onto the property will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, in addition to the standard pet fee and any charges for damages or excessive cleaning, if applicable.



Respect Our Neighbors



Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be courteous by keeping noise at a respectful level during both the day and evening.



Excessive, disruptive, or unreasonable noise is not permitted and may result in additional fees or the termination of your reservation.



Cleaning



Your cleaning fee covers our standard professional turnover cleaning, so we do not ask guests to complete a lengthy checkout chore list.



We simply ask that you treat the home with care. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to misuse, excessive trash, spills, stains, pet accidents, or other abnormal conditions beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee of $150 or more may be assessed based on the condition of the property.
