Lovely woodland cottage surrounded by birdsong

The cottage is in the woods on the outskirts of Berlin away from the madding crowds but within easy commuting distance of central Berlin's many attractions. The woods are full of the songs of birds and the promise of Spring. The hosts were very attentive to fix the problems with the wifi and bicycles. The stairs are very steep and not suited to anyone with mobility issues or a fear of falling. The rest of the facilities are excellent, particularly the bathroom with underfloor heating, and we had a pleasant stay and made many happy memories here.

Thank you for the kind review! We are happy to report that now that we have replaced the Wifi Router, the Internet is working without any problems. Also, the bikes have been serviced and are in perfect working order. The stairs are indeed steep - something we cannot fix unfortunately - but if needed there is the option to use the pull-out couch on the ground floor. We enjoyed having you stay in our cottage and would love to have you stay again!

Sehr freundliche Gasrgeber, die sich schnell um Wünsche gekümmert haben. Das Häuschen ist hyggelig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Lage ruhig am Wald, aber trotzdem nah an S-Bahn Station. Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Unterkunft und Gastgesber top-Fahrräder flop

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Häuschen am Wald. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bis zur S-Bahn sind es nur ein paar Minuten und zum See eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Rad. Die Räder haben leider ihre guten Tage hinter sich und benötigen eine Generalüberholung oder sollten ausgetauscht werden. Ute und ihr Mann waren super freundlich und haben sofort auf Wünsche und Fragen reagiert.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Häuschen am Wald. Die Lage ist ein Traum, total ruhig und trotzdem nah zur Großstadt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vor Ort, sogar Fahrräder zur freien Nutzung und ein Grill, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Die Vermieter im Nebenhaus sind sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar bei Fragen. Für uns war das ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gern wieder.

Haus Waldblick mit schönem kleinen Garten

Das separate kleine hellgrüne Haus liegt direkt am Wald und ist über einen Waldweg erreichbar. Es ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Blitzblank geputzt ist wirklich alles da was man braucht, um ein paar Tage ganz in Ruhe genießen zu können: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine und -filter, Putzmittel, Toaster, Toilettenpapier ... Bei bestem Wetter konnten wir die schöne Terrasse – perfekt ausgestattet mit Grill inkl. etwas Holzkohle!, 4 Stühlen, Liege, Sitzpolstern, Tisch und Sonnenschirm – ausgiebig nutzen. Bei Temperaturen um die 30° bleibt das durch die Bäume geschützte Häuschen im Wohnzimmer schön kühl. Das Schlafzimmer ist über eine recht steile Treppe erreichbar, woran man sich aber durch perfekt angebrachte Griffe schnell gewöhnt. Die nebenan wohnenden jungen Vermieter sind supernett, bei allen Fragen sehr hilfreich und ganz unkompliziert. Wir haben mit dem Rad die vielen umliegenden Seen und die Spree erkundet und unsere Urlaubswoche in Rahnsdorf am Müggelsee sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals!!!

Berlintrip einmal anders

Niedliches kleines Haus, für fünf Tage super! Haus ist mit viel Gefühl eingerichtet.Alles genauso wie beschrieben! Ein Ventilator im Schlafbereich wäre gut gewesen! WLAN fürs Fernsehen war sehr instabil. Trotz der der Kritik geben wir vier von fünf Sterne.

Urlaub in Nähe Berlin

Unsere Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Ruhig, ganz nah am Wald. Es war leicht, nach Berlin Mitte zu fahren, mit der S-bahn. Nur einige Minuten zu Fuss im Wald bis zur Bahnhof Wilhelmshagen . Dann war es direckt (ungefähr 35-40 mn)Es gab Fahrräder zu hause ( obwohl wir es nicht gemacht haben!). Beim schönen Wetter kann man draussen im Garten frühstücken oder essen. Und die Familie war sehr angenehm. Für uns, 3 Freundinnen aus der Bretagne, war es sehr schön.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Man ist schnell und ohne Umsteigen in der City und schnell mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern am See. Alles nötige ist vorhanden, alles war sauber, Vermieterin nett, Checkin unkompliziert. Man kann auch im kleinen Garten grillen und essen. Zum Schlafraum führt eine steile Treppe hinauf. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber sollte man wissen.
