The unit was in excellent condition. However, I was taken aback by the neighborhood and surrounding areas. They upgraded a house on a street of houses in an area needing major upgrades.

Our property is located in an up-and-coming area of San Antonio, where you’ll see a mix of newly renovated homes and properties that are still awaiting revitalization. One of the advantages of the location is that it’s close to downtown and many of San Antonio’s major attractions, while offering a much more affordable price compared with many other areas.
