This beautiful stylish modern villa is set within its own private tropical palm gardens and commands the most amazing views. Directly in front you have the sea towards Gibraltar, the Mediterranean and Africa, whilst behind the villa you have the Sierra Nevada Mountain range. The villa is built with quality in mind and is absolutely perfect for those who wish to enjoy a totally quiet, peaceful and relaxing location in an “away-from-it-all” setting in beautiful gardens with more than decent private swimming pool and sun beds, whilst only being a short drive from Estepona town. The house has aircondioning throughout for the summer months and underfloor heating downstairs for winter. Please note that the property is available only for a full month in winter.

Amazing villa

Amazing place, beautiful views and very clean. Getting to the villa is a little tricky but worth it . We would highly recommend the villa it is peaceful and relaxing place to be. You would need a car to get around.

Summer vacation

We had a fantastic time at Villa and can highly recommend it. The property with its amazing pool and unbelievable views are well recommended if you want a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind and gat away from it all. We would recommend having a car though as nothing is reachable by foot although taxis are an alternative.

Villa Hoka

Absolutely stunning villa with amazing views. Really enjoyed our stay and totally relaxed on our holiday. Really didn’t want to go home. There was a family of cats (mum, dad and 4 kittens) that expected to be fed and turned up at meal times when we arrived. We didn’t feed them as we didn’t want to encourage them and they soon got the message and went off to find some other people to feed them. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Exceptional property

We really cannot fault this beautiful villa, from the moment we arrived it took our breath away, it's stunning. The owners have obviously invested a lot of time and money into this home and the drive up the bumpy steep hill to get to it is totally worth it. The gardens and pool area are gorgeous, the kitchen and appliances are excellent. We really could not fault it. We didn't want to come home. We will be back again soon hopefully!

Voortreffelijk

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze zeer nette vakantiewoning. Er valt niets op aan te merken. De badkamers zijn zeer netjes, de airco's werkten goed, alles was aanwezig in de keuken. Je merkt aan alles dat de eigenaar veel moeite doet om deze woning in orde te houden. Het uitzicht is een enorm pluspunt. En de tuin is met veel zorg onderhouden. Deze woning geeft u alle rust en privacy die je nodig hebt om er een geslaagde vakantie van te maken. Wij kunnen deze woning ten zeerste aanraden.

Urlaub mit Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus war exzellent mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ein Traum, abseits vom Trubel, jedoch war alles schnell zu erreichen. Die Aussicht auf Marokko, sowie Gibraltar ein Traum. Der Garten war mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt und Blüte in allen Farben. Der Pool war umrandet von Palmen und Sululenten. Auch im Haus hat es an nichts gemangelt, die Ausstattung war exzellent und es wurde an alles, bis ins kleinste Detail gedacht. Sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Batterien, Grillzangen und Alufolie waren vorhanden. Die Abwicklung mit Time in Spain war ebenfalls nicht zu beanstanden, und wurde immer unverzüglich geantwortet. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub im grünen Paradies sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Très belle propriété avec un jardin magnifique surplombant la ville. Très belle vue de la ville, la mer et Gibraltar. Petit bémol : coupures d'électricité à répétition et assistance du gérant immobilier à revoir en cas de soucis !

Phantastische Villa

Bei dieser Villa war alles perfekt. Die Villa ist in einem Top-Zustand und der Meeresblick ist wirklich super. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir sind häufig in Ferienhäusern im Urlaub und dieses war bisher das beste!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir mieten sehr oft ein Ferienhaus und dieses hier ist eines unserer absoluten Favoriten. Es sieht nicht nur von außen wunderschön aus, sondern ist auch innen super ausgestattet und alles war tipp-topp sauber bei Ankunft. Hochwertige Möbel, tolle Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Viel Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen. Ebenso ein toller und großer Garten, der liebevoll gepflegt ist, ein schöner Pool, Liegen, Auflagen. Es ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden für einen tollen Urlaub. Klimaanlage brauchten wir gar nicht trotz schönem Wetter, da das Haus sehr solide gebaut ist.

Wir waren im Juni 2013 in diesem tollen Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem angelegten Garten. Ein dickes Lob an den Hausbesitzer und den Gärtner: Die Bepflanzung ist fantastisch! Unzählige Palmen, exotische Pflanzen mit Skulpturen und Tongefäßen wurden liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Alleine die Abfahrt auf das Grundstück ist atemberaubend. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf die umliegenden Berge und das Meer ist einfach nur wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bäder sind neu renoviert. Beide Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Matratzen und sind modern ausgestattet. Zwei Flachbildschirme sind im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Wir sagen Danke für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.... Monika und Familie

TRATO PROFESIONAL Y MUCHA LIMPIEZA

Hola estubimos en esta casa la primera semana de julio y tanto la casa como el trato con la empresa es buenisimo, una zona muy tranquila a tan solo 5 minutos en coche de estepona, la casa es como se ve en las fotos muy moderna y con todas las comodidades disfrutamos mucho de piscina, sin duda repetiria
