The highlight of this apartment is the cosy Finnish sauna and the modern hot tub, which promise wonderful moments even on "grey, dreary days" in the fall and winter.<br><br>A cosy and tastefully furnished holiday apartment awaits you, featuring a bedroom for 2 people and a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 people. <br><br>The 65 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building at Reiterkoppel 3a. <br><br>The bright and modern apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi)<br>, provided by a third-party provider.<br><br>The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom for 2 people, and a bathroom with a shower, a towel warmer, and heated floors.<br><br>The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished.<br><br>It features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio, and a DVD player. <br><br>A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere in every season. <br><br>You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.<br><br>A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and eat together. <br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. <br><br>There is plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc. Two dishwasher tabs are provided).<br><br>The bathroom with shower is modern and comfortably appointed. In addition to very tasteful furnishings and a modern, cosy colour scheme, a highlight awaits you: an additional wellness area featuring a whirlpool and a cosy Finnish sauna. <br><br>The underfloor heating and towel warmer ensure a comfortably warm shower experience. <br><br>You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. <br><br>One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. <br><br>An ironing board and iron are also available.<br><br>The master bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed, and a travel cot with mattress, high chair, and changing pad are provided. <br><br>From the living room, you step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace with a garden, perfect for relaxing and playing. Garden furniture, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a grill are at your disposal for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings.<br><br><br><br>The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable.<br><br>We’ll also keep you regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff is always happy to assist you as well.<br><br>You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.<br><br><br>Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:<br>During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement.
