The "10 Personnes" villa is located in the Saint Emilion vineyards. Perfect for unforgettable vacations with your loved ones. The 200 m² property comprises a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, steam-cooker, beer maker, Nespresso coffee machine, 5 bedrooms (including 3 adults) and 3 bathrooms/shower rooms. It can therefore accommodate 10 people (+ 1 or 2 babies). Additional amenities include a large TV and air-conditioning in the sleeping areas. The villa offers 2 private outdoor terraces (one of which is shaded) and a shared outdoor swimming pool (salt water). 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A small pet may be allowed for a fee (please contact the host). Smoking and celebrations are not permitted.
