The apartment is located in an established area, close to city centre (bakery, pharmacy, post office, medical centre, and banks) at 0.7 km, shopping (all major supermarkets) at 0.7 km, and restaurants (e.g., Pizzeria am See) 0.6 km away and an outdoor pool 0.6 km away, all within walking distance. The train station is approximately 1.3 km away by car. The accommodation is very centrally located, with day trips to: Speyer (approx. 25 km), Karlsruhe (approx. 35 km), Heidelberg (approx. 35 km), Mannheim (approx. 35 km), Rhineland-Palatinate Holiday Park or hiking (approx. 30 km), and Alsace (e.g., Lauterbourg, 50 km). Alsace: Roppenheim Outlet 70 km; Europark 136 km. Also very well-suited for visitors to the Hockenheimring—travel time approx. 15 min. The banks of the Rhine are 1.5 km away and accessible by bike or car.
