The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure all beach items are returned to the location they were found. Please ensure Pedal boat is entirely on sand so it does not float away.
Please ensure the dock does not have any remaining items. Please put all mini split remotes and TV remotes in their mounts for each room.
Please ensure all beach towels are collected and placed in front of the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Nothing is allowed down the road on the side of the house. Quite time is 10p - 7a but if headed to fish early, no worries.
