Beautiful Modern Home - Heated Indoor Pool

We can't wait to welcome you to "The Pool House" in Spokane, WA. Every detail was thoughtfully planned with you in mind, and is filled with a beautiful and inviting aesthetic. We know you'll enjoy the fully stocked chef's kitchen, the comfy beds with bamboo sheets, the upstairs and downstairs living spaces. And of course the heated indoor pool! Along with the pool table, ping pong table, fenced in yards, and kid's play nook; we have something for every age to enjoy.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
The main floor offers an open concept living space where the kitchen, dining area, and two living rooms intertwine. The main living room has a 55" Smart TV with Roku access (stream from your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu account etc). The back living room has a pull out sleeper sofa, reading nook, and play nook with toys and books for little ones.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, pour over coffee set up, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and more. The dining table has chairs for 8 and there is an additional leaf that can be added by request. The kitchen island seats 5.

Down the hall are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has room darkening shades, a large closet with hanging space, and a luggage rack. Each bedroom also has a box fan.

Two more bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, along with the large rec room area. The rec room has comfy lounge seating with a 55" Smart TV with Roku access (stream from your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu account), along with a pool table and mini bar set up. The door next to the pool table leads to the garage where you will find a parking space and ping pong table.

In the basement is the laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer; detergent is provided for guest use. The laundry room is right outside the swimming pool area and doubles as a changing room.

Pool: There is a sliding glass door to access the heated indoor pool. It is kept at 85 degrees. Please be advised: the pool is a lap pool and there is NO deep end. It is 4 feet deep in all places and has a stair step entry with handrail. There is NO diving allowed. A basketball hoop and balls are provided, along with basic pool noodles, and some diving toys.

Backyard: access the backyard through a glass sliding door from the swimming pool. You’ll enter to the screened porch with outdoor dining + lounge furniture, and a gas bbq. The backyard is fully fenced in and feels like a lush private garden. Enjoy the cherry and apple trees, the grapes hanging over the fence, and the garden area.

Parking: Guests have access to driveway parking, along with one spot inside the garage.

This is a residential neighborhood and we ask that quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. There is an outdoor security camera facing the front door.

The communication was too notch. Yes a few household repairs are needing to be updated like blinds and new faucets but the house is a magical place for memories and the pictures are very accurate. I even sent a text message asking about the pool temperature and the house host came right over and raised it just a Tish so the kiddos could be a little warmer! Amazing service and they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate and make your stay everything you’re hoping for and more! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic Property!

We stayed with 2 families of 5 (6 teenagers). The property exceeded our expectations in every way. There was ample space, linens and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need ( even the cupboards were labelled to help you find things). The spaces are all lovely and comfortable, and the pool and pool table kept the kids entertained. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the area.

We stayed 4 days at this place and everything was just amazing! The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was spacious with plenty of leisure activities: pool table, ping pong table, plenty of toys for kids, and the best part was the indoor pool. We did not even have time to go outside except to buy some groceries. The hosts Jordan and Tirza were amazing at responding to our emails and texts. They were very understanding, supportive and professional. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Spokane. You will never regret it! What they all should be like.

Unfortunately, we've stayed in enough rentals by now that we know the shortcuts many renters take. We are pleased to share that none of them were taken here. We appreciated table ware, and a table large enough to hold everyone staying at the house (which is not always the case). But everything was thoughtful, from the high quality coffee maker, to the labeled cabinets and drawers, to the plethora of pool towels, toys and games. That is of course beyond the basics, of which none were overlooked. Thank you for your thoughtful approach, and attention to the details that made the stay so pleasant.

Very clean, homey environment

The pool house was pleasantly comfortable and cozy. Our group consisted of 8 adults, and 8 children. We were very pleased with the size of the home; it accommodated our large group very well. We enjoyed the amenities (pool, pool table, back yard patio and grill). Nice spacious kitchen, fully stocked and equipped. We were able to cook and eat our meals as a group comfortably. Thank you for the pleasant stay...it was definitely a five star experience!

I became a short term rental host after discovering how much I love to renovate spaces and create beautiful homes for people to enjoy. Getting to conceptualize + design + decorate + and host guests brings me so much joy! I look forward to creating more spaces in all the destinations our area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property is large enough for 2-3 families to share. There are ample living spaces to enjoy your time together, or spread out when needed. Basic amenities are covered, along with some fun extras: a game cupboard, kids books and toys, two pack and plays and a highchair, a book shelf stocked with some favorite reads, comfy throw blankets to snuggle up in, a fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, and more. The Pool House is conveniently located in North Spokane, with multiple restaurants and services in less than a three minute drive. Outdoor recreation, golf, and various family activities surround this neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our private and heated indoor pool is fun for the whole family. We keep it heated to 85 degrees year round. It is stocked with various life jackets, pool noodles and pool toys, and a basketball hoop and balls. The pool room has seating and lounge furniture for the whole family to be comfortable while others are in the pool. The door leading to the pool room has a keypad lock on it for safety - if you have small children in your group, you can keep this access door locked at all times until the adults are ready to supervise.
