We had 8 kids and 4 adults in our party and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The host provides so many activities to keep the whole family entertained. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed and then some. The pool was perfect with kids as it is a consistent depth throughout the length and they provided floaties, toys and plenty of pool towels. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time staying, we really how clean and nice the house was as well as it's location in Spokane. The indoor pool was fantastic as well-- it's pretty awesome playing basketball in the pool with fellow guests!

Perfect multigenerational family retreat

Amazing place...

Wonderful property and the pool was a hit! Great space for multiple people to stay with enough space to really spread out. Pool, screened porch, gaming area, upstairs... perfect.

The communication was too notch. Yes a few household repairs are needing to be updated like blinds and new faucets but the house is a magical place for memories and the pictures are very accurate. I even sent a text message asking about the pool temperature and the house host came right over and raised it just a Tish so the kiddos could be a little warmer! Amazing service and they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate and make your stay everything you’re hoping for and more! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Awesome place. Appliances are all new and the pool was heated to our needs.

Arrived from Calgary, Alberta with my wife and Baron our standard poodle. The area is ideal for shopping and close to downtown river front. People were very friendly and our stay was exceptional. Thank-you Jordan

Despite an unexpected wildfire evacuation cutting our stay short, we had a wonderful experience. Jordan’s communication was outstanding from start to finish. Our group visited for a wedding, which was north of Spokane. While at the wedding reception, evacuation orders were being sent. Jordan checked on us to make sure that we were aware of the evacuation for our safety. She was incredibly responsive, flexible, and understanding while we navigated the uncertainty of having to leave some of our belongings behind, evacuate, and spend two nights in a hotel. We were eventually able to make it back to the Vrbo to collect the rest of our belongings quickly. It was such an unprecedented situation, and we truly appreciated Jordan’s kindness and open communication throughout. We’re grateful everyone stayed safe. We hope to have another chance to visit and get the full experience. For the time we were there, the place was very clean and comfortable. With a large group, this house certainly has enough space that you can find a quiet spot to relax. The pool was great for the kids, and I especially appreciated the door code for safety. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the black raspberries in the yard.

Fantastic Property!

We stayed with 2 families of 5 (6 teenagers). The property exceeded our expectations in every way. There was ample space, linens and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need ( even the cupboards were labelled to help you find things). The spaces are all lovely and comfortable, and the pool and pool table kept the kids entertained. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the area.

We stayed 4 days at this place and everything was just amazing! The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was spacious with plenty of leisure activities: pool table, ping pong table, plenty of toys for kids, and the best part was the indoor pool. We did not even have time to go outside except to buy some groceries. The hosts Jordan and Tirza were amazing at responding to our emails and texts. They were very understanding, supportive and professional. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Spokane. You will never regret it! What they all should be like.

Unfortunately, we've stayed in enough rentals by now that we know the shortcuts many renters take. We are pleased to share that none of them were taken here. We appreciated table ware, and a table large enough to hold everyone staying at the house (which is not always the case). But everything was thoughtful, from the high quality coffee maker, to the labeled cabinets and drawers, to the plethora of pool towels, toys and games. That is of course beyond the basics, of which none were overlooked. Thank you for your thoughtful approach, and attention to the details that made the stay so pleasant.

Worth the stay. My family really enjoyed the pool, pool table and ping pong table. It was very roomy for us all to spread out. The host was very accommodating with our needs. The parking was a bonus for our 3 cars. One of the best places we have stayed.
