The property is located in the village of Wittmund, just about 900 metres from the sandy beach and the North Sea. The holiday home features three rooms, including two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with an open kitchen. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming living space that is particularly well-suited for families and groups of travellers. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, separate freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and egg cooker. In addition, all kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware, are provided, so you can easily prepare all your meals yourself.

In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa area, a TV with a Blu-ray and DVD player, a hi-fi system, Wi-Fi, as well as a radio and CD player. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth on cooler days, while you can also use the wood-burning stove on cold evenings. Both a guest bathroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and hair dryer offer practical comfort for up to four people.
