Not the Experience We Expected

I've never left a negative review before, but unfortunately, this stay fell well below our expectations. We found two dead cockroaches in the room and also encountered one that was alive. We were also given a unit that required a physical key rather than a code, which was inconvenient. We were also expected to take our own trash out and carry it to the dumpster located in the parking lot, which was another inconvenience we did not expect, especially considering the price we paid. I made the front office aware of these issues, but unfortunately, they showed very little concern, especially when we checked out. On top of that, the TV and ceiling fan in the master bedroom were not working. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience, including a cleaner room and better service. Sadly, our stay was very disappointing, and we will not be returning.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. The issues you described, including the pest concerns, non-functioning TV and ceiling fan, and the level of cleanliness, are not reflective of the experience we strive to provide. We also understand your frustration regarding the key access and trash disposal requirements. Your comments have been shared with our management team so these matters can be addressed and reviewed with the appropriate staff. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and regret that we did not provide the level of service and accommodations you expected.
