The RV comfortably sleeps up to **4 guests** and features a **private queen bedroom**, **two bunk beds**, a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and a functional kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Fresh linens, towels, and complimentary Wi-Fi are included.
Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Auburn, Auburn Station, Highway 18, SR-167, and I-5, you`ll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, parks, and local attractions throughout the Seattle-Tacoma area.
Please note that this is a **stationary RV parked beside our property**, not at a campground or RV park. It offers a simple, cozy place to stay and a chance to experience RV living. Because the property is located near a main road, you should expect some traffic noise during the day and evening. As with most RVs, the space is compact and designed for functionality rather than luxury.
