Neat and tidy flat with everything you need for self catering with a magnificent view from the terrace. Really quiet and relaxing atmosphere in a residential development along with a private (shared with other residents) pool. About 10 mins drive from town along some very hilly roads, so a car is essential. We really enjoyed our week staying here.

A very nice and super equipped flat with a stunning view of the mountains. The nearby bays and beaches are beautiful. Interesting towns are not far away, but a car is necessary. A great mix of culture and nature. We would love to come back!

Perfect place for hiking and relaxing

Nice clean flat with excellent location with view to the valley and some peaks. There is no sea view but the sea is 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk. Excellent sea view from the peak behind the building block. Grocery store is about 5 minutes away by car.

We stayed in Casa alisa, Monika's apartment, from August 5th to 19th. Contact with Monika was transparent, honest, and pleasant. The apartment has a well-functioning dishwasher and washing machine, excellent kitchen fully equipped.Lovely large walk-in shower, with nice rain shower. Good beds, great pillowsThe view is fantastic. the place exceeded our expectations!The apartment offers plenty of privacy, there is a lot of peace and quiet.You absolutely need a car.3 communal swimming pools, all easy too reach.It was our first time in Benitachell, but we already knew the Costa Blanca well, Calpe, Altea. Evertheless we followed several of the tips from your document folder.We absolutely recommend Monika's Apartment !!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut beschrieben. Sie ist sehr schön, aber für vier Personen wohl zu klein. Wir waren zu zweit und das hat gepasst. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um die Belange der Gäste. Was eindeutig fehlt, ist eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Die Lage ist gut, eine ruhige Umgebung. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Auto aber unbedingt erforderlich. Check in und Check Out unkompliziert.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight war die fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse. Ein traumhafter Blick, den wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen haben. Wir waren für 6 Tagen im Apartment von Monika und Robert. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch das gesamte Viertel sind sehr neu, sehr sauber und wunderschön hergerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht und ein bisschen mehr und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und bestens betreut Der Blick auf die Berge ist traumhaft schön. Die Gegend ist perfekt für das Winter-Biketraining lange Wanderungen entlang der malerischen Küsten und Strände.

Excellent séjour !

Très belles vacances dans un appartement conforme aux photos avec une très grande terrasse, vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Rien à redire, à louer sans hésitation pour des vacances calmes et reposantes. Les piscines sont très agréables et Monika est une hôte vraiment charmante qui met tout en œuvre pour que le séjour se déroule parfaitement.

In het appartement heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Het balkon is heerlijk met mooi uitzicht. In de ochtend zit je hier heerlijk in de schaduw en in de avond heb je hier de zonsondergang. Door de airco is het appartement lekker cool. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen. De zwembaden waar je kan zwemmen zijn erg mooi

Het appartement ligt op ongeveer een kwartier rijden van Moraira. Wel even een pittige klim naar boven. Vanuit het appartement heb je tussen de bergen door een prachtig uitzicht over een gedeelte van Moraira. We werden op zeer vriendelijke wijze door de eigenaren ontvangen. De communicatie verliep prima. Het appartement ligt aan een heel rustig straatje in het project Cumbre del sol. De indeling van het appartement is ruim en prettig. Het balkon heeft een open gedeelte. Belangrijk voor de liefhebbers van de zon. Wij verbleven hier midden februari. Je kunt dan vanaf een uur of één lekker van de zon genieten. Wij hebben ons dagschema omgekeerd. In de morgen een activiteit en ‘s middags lekker op het balkon. We hebben ervan genoten. Mirjam en Chris
