In the middle of the forest, with a magnificent panoramic view over Motovun welcomes you this large and traditional stone house with pool.



Arrive here and feel like at home. On three floors you can enjoy a great view of the northern Istrian countryside and make yourself comfortable in the house. Visible deck beams, light walls and stone walls give the large house its traditional charm. But also the furniture and equipment offer you comfort and great environment.



Step out onto the terrace with your morning coffee and walk through the garden, with flowers, trees and lavender down to the swimming pool. Take your first swim in the water and enjoy the view of the countryside.



Enjoy the beautiful nature as well as picturesque scenery while hiking or biking and discover local delicacies you have been dying to try at markets and restaurants. If you feel the pull of the sea, you can take day trips to the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea and return to the beautiful vacation home with many impressions!
