In a peaceful, natural and beautiful area, close to Skillingaryd in Småland, the holiday home "Ljungafors Gård" is located at a larger dam.Only about 6 km away from the E4 and the town center of Skillingaryd, you will have good shopping facilities for everyday necessities. Even larger towns like Värnamo ( 25 km away) and Jönköping ( 50 km away) can be conveniently reached.In the surrounding forests you will have, of course, best opportunities for blueberry-picking, bilberry-picking or mushroom-picking.You will have your own place to swim and the dam offers good opportunities for fishing, particularly for pike and perch. Also the so-called "Linné" lake near Sjöeryd is not far away from your place.In the surrounding you will find many destinations for day trips as well as sights. We can recommend toyou among other things. "High Chaparral" (about 17 km away), the national park "Store Mosse" (17 km away) and, of course, the "World of Astrid Lindgren" in Vimmerby, which you will reach after about 1 ½ hours drive.Your holiday home was built in 1907, but is nevertheless up-to-date furnished/equipped. You can make use of a new kitchen and bathroom, and also the living rooms, among other things with parquet floor, are in good condition,.

Die Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe total herunter gekommen und dreckig . Der Kühlschrank war verschimmelt, im Backofen stand der Keim. Das einem schlecht geworden ist. Das Bett war schmutzig und man hatte Angst sich Türe einzufangen. Wir sind 8 Stunden zu unserer Unterkunft gefahren und kamen gegen halb 10 Uhr dort an und konnten es nicht fassen, wir sind dann gleich wieder gefahren dort könnten wir nicht bleiben. Also das so etwas angeboten wird ist eine Frechheit..

Wir bedauern sehr das Sie schlechte Erfahrungen während Ihres Schwedenurlaubs gemacht haben. Leider haben Sie bei Ihrem persönlichen Treffen mit dem Vermieter nichts von den Mängeln geäussert, sondern es war alles in Ordnung. Das Haus ist einfach, dafür aber sehr preiswert und deshalb insbesondere bei Familien sehr beliebt. Es gab keinen Schimmel im Kühlschrank sondern lediglich ein paar braune Rostflecken, die bei älteren Kühlschränken entstehen können, auch war das Haus vor der Anreise gereinigt, bei Problemen wäre auch eine Zwischenreinigung möglich gewesen. Leider war ein Abfluss verstopft, dieser wurde aber umgehend wieder gefixt. Bittre versuchen Sie beim nächsten Mal, sich eventuell erst ein wenig von der stressigen Fahrt zu erholen, dann zuerst das Gespräch mit dem Vermieter zu suchen und dem Haus und der wunderschönen Umgebung einen Chance zu geben und den klassischen Schwedensommer zu geniessen!

Wir haben 5 Nächte als Familie dort verbracht. Die Lage am Waldrand und der große Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen.Das Haus selbst ist ziemlich alt und wirkte auf uns sehr unaufgeräumt und leider teilweise nicht besonders sauber. Alles in allem ist das Haus gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht.Peter, der Gastgeber ist super nett und hilfsbereit.

Schön war es

Die Unterkunft ist schön. Die Treppe in das Obergeschoss ist etwas steil und in dem See kann man leider nicht baden. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Abenteuer nimmt Fahrt auf

Der erste Eindruck war ein ziemlich unaufgeräumtes, leicht verwahrlostes, nicht sehr sauberes Haus. Allerdings war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Mikrowelle, moderner Umluftherd, bequeme Liegestühle mit Polstern, etc.)Der Vermieter hat dann vieles gutgemacht ! (Mückenvernichtungsmaschine im Garten, großer Sonnenschirm, Elchsafari kostenlos, Ruderboot). Er war sehr freundlich und hat sich wirklich sehr um uns gekümmert.Danke Peter !!

Mitten in der Natur, ein großes Haus

Das Haus ist alt, hat Charme und eine tolle Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Skillingaryd ist 15 Autpminuten entfernt, Vaggeryd ebenso. Dort findet man Lebensmittel- Märkte und alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, kam auch bei Abreise nochmal vorbei und hat sich zwischendurch auch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. . Mit Kindern ist es bestimmt toll, kaum Autoverkehr, eine schöne Wiese, Schaukeln...alles vorhanden.
