The beautiful and fully air-conditioned Villa Vala has 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, a library and a balcony with two sun loungers. The remaining two rooms are located on the first floor. One of the two rooms is furnished with a double bed and has a balcony with a table and two chairs, while the other has a gallery with another double bed and an extra bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with underfloor heating and radiator, while the additional fourth bathroom, located in a room with sauna, is closest to the pool. Guests also have a separate toilet at their disposal. A fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area and a beautiful sunlit living area with a PlayStation console and a TV complete the luxurious interior offer of the villa. With a living area of 350 m2, Villa Vala is situated on a fully fenced garden plot of 1800 m2 with an orchard. The spacious courtyard of the villa has a beautiful pool (50 m2) with heating and massage facilities, surrounded by sun loungers. Here you can take a refreshing dip every day or relax in the jacuzzi for 4 people in complete privacy. The villa also offers a wealth of different entertainment options, including a playroom with TV, table soccer, a dartboard, a rowing machine, 6 bicycles, board games, a children's playground and a fully fenced beach volleyball court with night lighting and two small soccer goals. Right next to the playground there is also an outdoor solar shower. If you wish, you can prepare fresh meals on the outdoor grill, which you can later enjoy in the cozy sitting area at any time of the day or night. Guests have two private parking spaces at their disposal, but there is also enough room for another vehicle. If you are a lover of unspoiled nature and desperately need a vacation, or if you are looking for an active vacation and want to spend your time on one of the many beautiful beaches of Istria, which are only 20 minutes away by car, Villa Vala is the perfect choice for you. The pool is closed from November to April. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
