  möblierte Terrasse mit Süd-Ost-Ausrichtung, Wohn- und Essbereich, Flat-TV, Kamin und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse hochwertige, offene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Kochfeld, Elektrobackofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Dunstabzug, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine Bad mit Sauna, Badewanne, Dusche und WC Gäste-WC mit Waschbecken zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) W-Lan Jalousien bzw. Sichtschutz in allen Räumen Fußbodenheizung
 
Die Anreise ist von 15:00 bis 16:30 und die Abreise von 08:00 bis 10:00 möglich.
1 PKW Stellplatz am Haus. Nichtraucherwohnung; inklusive Strom, Wasser und Heizung; keine Haustiere erlaubt.
 
Die oberen Etagen sind auch über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar.

Es war alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man muss Wissen das man große Bettlacken benötigt, da Boxspringbetten, ca 2,00 Meter breit. Uns ist ein Glas runter gefallen. Diese musste ich tatsächlich mit1,27 € bezahlen. Das war etwas befremdlich, Denke das sollte bei dem Preis mit beglichen sein.
