Welcome to this pleasant guest house with a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. Guests will find a cozy bedroom featuring a king bed, perfect for a restful night. The space includes a well-equipped bathroom with a towel warmer and hair dryer provided for your convenience. We also have on hand Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner for your use. The kitchen is brand new with stainless appliances (including a dishwasher) and a Keurig coffee maker with fresh coffee pods, sugar, and creamer. We also provide basic condiments to include salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few spices for you to use if you choose to prepare any meals. We offer two t.v.s; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this tranquil retreat offers a comfortable stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our guest house. NO PETS, please. We want to maintain an environment free of pet allergens for those guests who may be sensitive otherwise.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull the main door firmly shut and touch the "lock" button on keypad. Listen for the "buzz" and check the door handle to make sure it is secure.
Gather towels and put in the laundry basket in the laundry area. Leave bedding as is. We will handle that.
Bag all trash and put into the waste bin located outside the side door off the side.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent property, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and furniture. Plenty of space in kitchen and living room. Great location not far from Great Smokey Mountain NP but away from bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Host were great people, very accommodating. Check in was super easy.. We loved it and will definitely use again.
