Hiking trails within 30 minutes. Close to the highway, Air Force Academy, The Shops at Briargate, coffee shops, parks, etc.
Beautiful gas fireplace in family room makes it cozy.
The space
BIG! 5 bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath. This place has an open living room, dining space that seats 8, open kitchen with island, living space with two 75" 4k TV's one on main level and one in
basement. Also TV's in every bedroom.
Nice gas fireplace with hearth to sit on.
Four bedrooms upstairs, including a big master suite with a king mattress, walk in shower and big bathtub.The other bedrooms all have queens.

We raised our kids in this house and loved every minute of it. It’s been remodeled twice since then. We want it to feel like “home” the second you walk in.
