Our luxury apartment with panoramic views features a covered terrace, a pool, and views of both the lake and the Alps.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi. A perfect vacation destination for those seeking relaxation and tranquility, with a breathtaking view.

The vacation rental is beautifully furnished, featuring a living room with a sofa, a new 65-inch Smart TV with satellite channels for German and Italian programming, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
Double bedroom with new 180x200 mattresses (24 cm thick), private bathroom, and shower.
2 twin bedrooms with new 100x200 mattresses (24 cm thick), bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Large covered balcony with patio furniture, a swing chair, and a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the Alps. You’ll experience unforgettable sunsets.
Bed linens and towels are provided for you.

Pool open from June 1 to September 30 and available to our guests: 20 m² children’s pool (depth 60 cm) + 60 m² adult pool (6x10), garden, lounge chairs, umbrella, and solar shower.
Please note: This is a non-smoking property.

High chairs and cribs are available free of charge (upon request).

Most restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops are located in the center of Colico (approx. 2.5 km away); a large shopping center is only 6–7 km away—it’s called Iperal Fuentes and features a large supermarket and 60 stores. Posallostrasse is just 1.8 km from Piona Beach and 3 km from Colico’s Lido (swimming beach).
In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the nearby ski resorts.
Four magnificent ski resorts await you:
St. Moritz with its stunning Alpine scenery, a paradise for cross-country skiers around Lake Silvaplana. Beautiful walks, many events, and activities await you. (350 kilometers of slopes, 88 runs, and 37 mountain restaurants)
Madesimo at the Splügen Pass, a beautiful ski resort with stunning and challenging slopes. Also great for those who don’t ski.
Valsassina above Lecco, with breathtaking nature.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Italien. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der atemberaubende Panoramablick, den man von morgens bis abends genießen kann.Der Pool ist einfach fantastisch – sauber, großzügig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die gesamte Anlage vermittelt ein Gefühl von Luxus und Erholung. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts: Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig, die Räume sind komfortabel und gepflegt, und die Umgebung lädt zum Genießen und Abschalten ein.Wer Ruhe, Komfort und italienisches Flair auf höchstem Niveau sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
