The holiday home "Casa Catalina" is located in Jerez de la Frontera and is ideal for enjoying an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The property, spread over two floors, features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating six people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, TV with DVD player, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a washer/dryer.



The house offers a private patio and a spacious terrace with lawn and chill-out area, perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. The property is situated within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, flamenco venues, numerous tourist attractions, and public transport connections. In addition, the beach is only a 20-minute drive away.



There is free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Smoking and events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbors. Please note that there may be government regulations on water usage during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use.
