The studio was built in 2015 as an accessible addition to a renovated villa dating from 1904. What gives this 62 m2 ground-floor apartment its special charm is that, until recently, it was still used as a painting studio. This is evident from the many paintings on display, the large wall easel, and the traces of countless hours of creativity on the heated industrial-style floor. From the balcony, you look out onto a park-like garden that guests are also welcome to use.
