Vacation apartment "Balve"

This modern city villa with multiple residential units, newly built in 2023, is centrally located in the port city of Sassnitz, not far from the church and city hall, and right next to Jasmund National Park. The national park’s vast beech forest begins just a few metres from the property, and the city centre—with its numerous shops and restaurants—is right in front of the house. The city harbour and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The “Balve” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and features a terrace with a lounge seating area facing southwest.
The spacious, bright 3-room apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows has a living area of 92 square metres and is equipped to accommodate 4 people.
Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable double box-spring bed. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV.
A modern built-in kitchen is integrated into the living-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, wall-mounted oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other standard appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, milk frother, and a food processor.
In addition to a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and radio, the living area features a dining table with benches. Another dining area is located at the counter between the kitchen and living area, complete with 4 bar stools. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is bright, welcoming, and furnished with modern furniture.
The ground-floor location of this accessible apartment makes it suitable for guests with limited mobility who use wheelchairs.
The apartment comes with a reserved parking space at the building, marked with the number 17.
There is a washing machine and a dryer (coin-operated) for shared use. The neighbouring building has a lockable bicycle storage room.
