Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung, nicht immer ganz funktional. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines normalen Wohnhauses ohne Fahrstuhl an einer belebten Straße. Ab 6 Uhr ist es laut, Busse, Motorräder fahren, die Schlafzimmer liegen gehenüber einem Luftabzug eines Restaurants, welcher rund um die Uhr läuft. Gegenüber ist eine Bar, in der bis spät Lärm ist. Kirche ebenfalls direkt nebenan, Ruhe sucht man hier vergebens.Sie ist zentral gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bushaltestelle gegenüber, auch einige Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe.Die Ferienwohnung hat entgegen den Angaben der Website nur ein WC und keinen Whirlpool (kann man drauf verzichten, steht aber falsch im Internet). Die Doppelbetten haben leider jeweils nur einen Nachtschrank mit Lampe.Zudem hätte die Wohnung auch ein paar Verschönerungsarbeiten nötig, z.B. Fußleiste reparieren, Vogelmist vom Fensterbrett entfernen.Das inklusive Wäsche- und Handtuchpaket ist sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber war gut, es kam schnell eine Antwort. Unsere Gästekarten erhielten wir erst auf Nachfrage.Es gibt keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz der zur Wohnung gehört. Uns wurde das Parkhaus um die Ecke empfohlen, kostet unter der Woche 8 am Tag, nur Münzzahlung möglich.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Alle touristischen Ziele sind gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt vorm Haus.
