Relax with the whole family at this quiet and spacious lakefront home. With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a game room and an additional tv room, there is plenty of space to spread out! The house is located just 20 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles and 30 min from Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.
Whether you love fishing, tubing, jet skiing, or simply cruising along the water, Otisco Lake has something for everyone. Bring your own watercraft or rent one from the local marina, then dock right outside the back door on the private 30' dock (available May–September, depending on water levels).
The home is ideal for a family vacation or a multi‑couple getaway. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, dedicated workspace, lounge chair, en suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom also has a king bed and direct access to the guest bath, creating a second en suite. The third bedroom includes a queen bed plus bunk beds—perfect for kids or an additional couple.
Rainy days are no problem with a game room offering pinball, foosball, Huksie Ring Toss, and a game table stocked with Monopoly, Chess, and Scrabble. Prefer to unwind? Enjoy a movie on one of the three smart TVs throughout the house.
The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, an extensive spice rack, Instant Pot, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and food processor—everything you need for easy meal prep. Or take dinner outside and grill lakeside on the gas BBQ.
Spend your days kayaking with the four provided kayaks, swimming, or fishing right off the private dock. A variety of life jackets are available for all ages. In the evening, gather around the outdoor firepit to roast s’mores and watch the sunset over the water.
Although lakefront living is often associated with summer, this home is just as magical in spring and fall. Enjoy vibrant foliage, apple orchards, local wineries, scenic hikes, charming nearby villages, and so much more.
