It is situated in an absolutely quiet location between a forest and a large meadow, in the immediate vicinity of the Hartkaiserbahn valley station, from which you can access the entire Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser.
There are also many other recreational options nearby, such as a cross-country ski trail, a 27-hole golf course, swimming lakes, and a large indoor and outdoor pool.
The village centre of Ellmau is a convenient 10-minute walk away.
The surrounding villages, such as Scheffau, Going, St. Johann, and Kitzbühel, are just a few minutes’ drive away.

The Garden Suite
As the name suggests, the Garden Suite is located on the ground floor of the house and features a spacious, sunny terrace and its own secluded garden situated on the edge of the forest.
With nearly 100 m² of space, up to 6 guests have plenty of room to enjoy their holiday in a high-end setting.
The Garden Suite features two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own access to the garden, as well as a very spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and bar, which includes a comfortable pull-out daybed. The suite also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a convenient storage closet for luggage and groceries. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
The apartment comes with one underground parking space, from which you can reach your apartment door directly via the building’s lift without getting your feet wet. There is also a private ski storage room in the basement for both suites.
The living space is rounded out by a private section of the wine cellar, where you can wind down after an eventful day—either on your own or with other guests—over a glass of wine.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
