Everything you need for a perfect holiday! This spacious apartment, with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for groups of up to 6 people. Its excellent location puts you just a few steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, and leisure areas. Enjoy maximum comfort without needing to use your car.



The apartment has an area of 140 m² and is equipped with everything necessary for a few days of relaxation and rest. It consists of a living-dining room, three double bedrooms (one of them en suite), two full bathrooms, and a kitchen-office. A cot and a high chair are also available for families with children.

Highly recommend this!

Spacious and clean apartment. Underground parking . All mod cons, although we did miss having a kettle, toaster and oven. There is a combi microwave oven in the kitchen. Two modern bathrooms with lovely hot showers. One beach was a 30 second walk away, the other 6 mins. Both lovely! Wonderful choice of restaurants less than 10 mins walk away. Also nightclubs for our teenagers, a short walk away. Lidl and other large supermarkets 5-10 min drive away. Smaller supermarkets within walking distance, but limited groceries. Thank you to Javier for answering questions quickly during the booking process. And thank you to Noelia for always being on the end of the whatsapp for any queries during our stay. Would love to stay here again!

Very good location, near to beaches

My husband, our two boys aged 3 and 5 and my mother-in-law stayed here for two weeks. We are only back a few weeks. The apartment was very spacious, we had plenty of bed linen and towels. We arrived very late at night and we were glad to see cold water in the fridge yummy cakes from Noeila’s pastelería!! The apartment is a 2 min walk from a Stoney beach ( the one you can see in the pictures). No one really goes there because it’s too rugged. The council should really get diggers in & clear the stones/rocks away. The Son Moll beach is a short 4/5 mins away. We rented a car & there was a space in the underground car park. Thank god for this because parking on the street is very tight & you’d be afraid your car would get scratched. It states that there is air-conditioning. This is misleading because the a/c is only in the sitting room/dining area. The heat in the bedrooms was stifling. Initially we only had a fan each in the 3 bedrooms, it wasn’t enough. Javier & Noeila got us more fans ( ventilator ). Noeila was brilliant with her correspondence, always at the end of her WhatsApp & her bakery, Tolan, is a short stroll from the house & near Trady’s supermarket. I asked if she could get a stroller I could borrow & she did. She is so helpful. The bars & restaurants on the seafront promenade are divine. Our favourites werr: pasta pasta, Noah’s ( excellent breakfast), Traumería, sole mio ( near pier) & more. Overall we had a super stay. 😁

Sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und auch nicht "verwohnt" , wie man es bei anderen Wohnungen häufig mal vorfindet. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls modern und neuwertig. Die Küche ist neu und komplett. Die Wohnung hat Klima, Internet (WLAN/WiFi), deutsches Fernsehn, und einen Tiefgaragen Parkplatz. 3 Schlafzimmer, davon 1 Schalfzimmer mit einem großen franz. Bett, und zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Desweiteren kann man bei Bedarf noch ein weiteres Zustellbett (Klappbett) aufbauen. Der Kontakt und Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter, bzw. der Verwalterin war problemlos und freundlich. Auch auf Änderungswünsche bei der Buchung und bei den Übergabezeiten waren sie sehr entgegenkommend! Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem "normalen" mehrparteien Mietshaus, in der 1. Etage. Sowohl das Haus, als auch die Umgebung könnte man als ruhig bezeichnen, es gab weder Lärm/Störungen von innen, noch von außen. Die Lage in Cala Ratjada ist eher südlich, also Richtung Hafen Promenade/Restaurants, Strand Son Moll und den abendlichen Lokalitäten (Chocolate, Bolero etc). Alles zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen! Es hat alles gepasst und wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung auch ein weiteres mal buchen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gute Lage. Nachteil zu wenig Geschirr. Wohnung für 6 Personen ausgelegt Tassen nur für 2 Personen vorhanden. Ansonsten alles top. Würde jederzeit Unterkunft wieder buchen. Danke an Noelia

Wunderbare Wohnung mit perfekter Lage!!!

Wir waren mit 7 Mann in der Wohnung und es hat alles gepasst, die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für alle. Wir waren mehr als Zufrieden und wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Das Highlight an der Wohnung ist die riesige Dachterasse. Preis Leistung stimmt hier voll und ganz und die Kommunikation war perfekt. Liebe Grüß aus Bonn.

Eine tolle Wohnung in Top Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage war super wirksam. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist groß und gut zu erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral aber dennoch etwas abseits zum Trubel. Zur Strandpromenade sind es circa. 200 Meter, der nächste schöne Sandstrand an der Son Moll ist in ca. 7 Gehminuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Strand dort ist sehr sauber, verfügt über Bars, WC und Erste Hilfe Station. Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Guter Urlaub und viel Spaß gehabt!

Sehr schöne große und geräumige Wohnung ! Gut eingerichtet und schön zentral gelegen. Etwas ungewohnt die Eingangstür per Handy zu öffnen, trotzdem einfache Handhabung. Einziges Manko, es gab keine Kaffeemaschine in einer sonst super eingerichteten Wohnung! Sehr nette und unsichtbare Vermieter, rundum guter Eindruck und jederzeit wieder !!

Sehr schöne neue und große Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen was man brauch (Töpfe etc.). Die Zimmer waren geräumig und groß genug für zwei Leute pro Zimmer. Was nicht so gut war, war dass auf der Lampe über dem Esstisch Strom zu spüren war sodass man beim berühren erschrocken ist. Genauso auf auf dem laptop während das Ladegerät angeschlossen war (Laptop Gehäuse aus metall/ Macbook). Das mit dem öffnen der Tür durch die App hat bei der Ankunft leider nicht direkt funktioniert was vielleicht auch einfach nur ein Bedienungsfehler von uns war. Jedoch konnte uns niemand gleich helfen. Ansonsten würde ich die Wohnung wahrscheinlich wieder nehmen.

FABULOSO DESTINO DE VACACIONES

Fabuloso apartamento por situación, amplitud, todo era muy nuevo y limpio, disponía de todo lo necesario parta estar cómodo y se puede disponer de plaza de parking con un pequeño extra. El trato al reservarlo con Xavier fue extraordinario, muy receptivo en complacerlos con todas nuestras necesidades y consultas. A la llegada, la Srta. Noelia encargada de hacer el check-in, lo tenia todo previsto y preparado... La zona tranquila, ideal para descansar; pero al mismo tiempo muy próxima a todos los lugares de moda.... restaurantes, terrazas para tomar un helado, café o cocktail...., y bares de moda para tomar combinados antes de ir a la discoteca...

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e situato in una zona tranquilla

L'appartamento era tutto dipinto di bianco, molto pulito, sembra nuovo di zecca. Il soggiorno-sala da pranzo, camere spaziose con buoni armadi, cucina nuova e tutti gli elementi necessari: tostapane, macchina per il caffè, set di pentole e tegami, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, lavatrice. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata nel salone, che era benvenuto nelle giornate più calde, anche se stavano lasciando aperte tutte le finestre, essendo così vicino al mare, passando per una leggera brezza per rimanere bello. Situato in una strada tranquilla nel centro di Cala Ratjada, a soli 100 metri dal mare, a 300 dalla spiaggia, un piccolo panificio / pasticceria e un piccolo supermercato che ha venduto tutto a soli 100 metri di distanza. Abbiamo avuto l'intera area stanza a pochi passi. La passeggiata con i suoi ristoranti e bar con musica soft. Due dei più prestigiosi club della zona e tutti i locali con più ritmo un po 'più avanti. Questo è stato il terzo anno che vengo a Cala Ratjada (cosa sarà ...), e questo è il miglior appartamento che conosco. i prezzi di confronto di qualità di altri appartamenti, penso che uno dei più stretti nel prezzo e la migliore opzione per rimanere. Mi sento di raccomandare senza dubbio withthe occhi chiusi.

Schönes & Ruhiges Apartment mit seitlichem Meerblick

Wir haben das Apartment für 1 Woche gemietet und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt ca. 5 min von der Badebucht Son Moll entfernt und auch zu den nahegelegenen Clubs oder angesagten Restaurants sind es etwa 5 min, sodass die Lage für uns ideal gewesen ist. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ist vernünftig ausgestattet. Leider ist nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer vorhanden, sodass es in den Zimmern schon relativ warm war. Von Nachbarn haben wir überhaupt nichts mitbekommen, sodass es sehr ruhig gewesen ist. Die Eingangstür vom Apartment verfügt über eine elektronische Schließanlage, sodass man die Tür nur mittels einer App über das Handy öffnen und abschließen konnte. Die Handhabung war sehr leicht und unkompliziert. Lediglich die 2 Schlüssel für die Hauseingangstür waren zu wenig für eine Gruppe von 6 Personen. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. 7 Personen finden problemlos Platz.

15 días estupendos en el apartamento de Cala Ratjada

Destacaría la buena ubicación del apartamento, en una zona tranquila al lado de la playa y área comercial y de ocio; también que tuviera dos baños completos y mucho espacio para todos, luminoso, nuevo y LIMPIO. Contratamos el garaje, al ser privado y en el mismo edificio, nos ahorramos preocupaciones diarias sobre donde aparcar en nuestras visitas a otras calas de Mallorca. Seguro que repetimos. Totalmente recomendable!! Maria-Dolors
