Não sei porque o Fernando mim bloqueou no zap deve ter seus motivos,mas só de ser honesto pra mim vale tudo o imóvel e bom vista boa gostei muito,o ruim e o estacionamento rotativo se retirar o carro já era perde a vaga colocaram meu carro no pior lugar guimba de cigarro lixo pedaço de carne no carro que os hospedes joga mas está parte não tem nada a ver com o Fernando indico muito bommm.

Eu e o meu marido passamos 4 noites hospedados nesse loft e simplesmente amamos! A localização é ótima, em 5 minutos de carro estávamos em qualquer praia. O prédio é super organizado, principalmente a forma como eles administram a garagem. O apartamento é muito confortável e tem uma vista linda. E fomos muito bem atendidos pelo senhor Fernando, nosso anfitrião. Queremos voltar um dia com certeza!

Imóvel conforme anunciado, proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo, respondendo todas as dúvidas, chegamos e o apartamento estava limpíssimo. ótimo imóvel. Os proprietários do Loft, sempre muito atenciosos e pronto pra atender, tanto por e-mail quanto por celular. A limpeza impecável, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, tudo como está no anúncio. Segurança, localização perfeita, piscina e sauna super limpas, a equipe da portaria super atenciosos também. Realmente é de frente para praia, local de fácil acesso para Uber, táxi, o que me impressionou foi a facilidade de ir para outras praias. Com certeza um ótimo lugar para fins de semana, férias e feriados prolongados. Bom pra amigos, casais e família aproveitarem bastante. Obrigada Fernando e Sonia, com certeza voltarei.

Ambiente agradável, atende bem as necessidades, mas estava mal lavado e um cheiro muito forte de mofo, acho q pode ser das cortinas q estão muito mofadas. Ainda bem q minha bebê não é alérgica. Levamos lençóis e fronhas mas tivemos um imprevisto e precisamos de um lençol, entramos em contato com o proprietário p ele nos indicar uma agência q talvez pudesse nos alugar, já q tinha esse serviço em outros apartamentos, mas o proprietário não deu nenhum suporte nesse sentido. WI-FI péssimo.
