Unterkunft ist ok, leider enttäuschendes Management
Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung und sauber – ideal für Familien. Leider mussten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts eine starke Geruchsbelästigung im innenliegenden Badezimmer hinnehmen. Trotz sofortiger Meldung wurde das Problem nicht gelöst. Ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort bestätigte den Geruch und behandelte die Abflüsse, doch der Zustand besserte sich nicht.Besonders enttäuschend war, dass keine ernsthafte Nachverfolgung oder Rückmeldung seitens des Gastgebers erfolgte – erst auf eine zweite Nachfrage hin erhielten wir überhaupt eine Antwort. Eine Erstattung wurde trotz der Einschränkungen kategorisch abgelehnt.Schade – denn das Apartment hätte mit mehr Serviceorientierung und Problemlösungsbereitschaft absolut überzeugt.
