It is hard to imagine a better site than this in Cyprus.

The villa has lawned gardens surrounding swimming pool and its sunny terrace, offering excellent views. The bedrooms are bright, comfortable, airy and tastefully decorated. The large and modern kitchen opens onto a spacious lounge where marble floors and a high sloping ceiling keeps the room cool on hot days. Guests will find the accommodation of the excellent standard. It is hard to imagine a better site than this. The villa stands on high ground about 300 m from the beach and 500 meters from Latsi's fishing harbour with superb views of the sea and the sunsets over nearby Akamas National Park. Folding bed (child 2-12) and cot on request free of charge.

POLIS AREA.: Polis is located North West of the region of Paphos at a 30 minute distance from the town of Paphos, 45 minutes from Paphos airport and less than 2 hours away from Larnaca airport. Polis is the ideal holiday location for the select few who appreciate authenticity and seek rest and tranquillity in a pleasant and friendly environment, which blends mountains, sea and plain with a wonderful healthy climate, a mild winter, a particularly warm, clear sea and sandy beaches.

Polis is considered as the location par excellence for nature lovers and those keen on active holidays, such as hiking, cycling, horse riding and golf. The Tsada Golf Course is just 25 minutes away from Polis. Quiet and close to beach

A spacious and light villa with sea and mountain views. Very quiet (January). Short walk to the beach, beach path and harbour. Great local swim spots. Delightful.

this was an excellent villa and part of a group of about 6 very similar villas. All an excellent standard. the owner was extremely helpful. due to some personal issues problems we had to change our arrival and departure days several times before coming out and Chris was always really responsive. the villa itself is lovely - very clean, airy and the pool is a very good size and cleaned daily. the sea views are fantastic. the Air con in the bedroom was much needed at the height of summer and a fan and a sea breeze in the main rooms was fine. There are restaurants in walking distance (15 mins stroll) in nearby Latchi. Also a wide choice of restaurants and beach side places to eat in Polis and all along the Polis road towards the Baths of Aphrodite. the beaches are mostly pebble with some sandy bits and we enjoyed snorkeling and local boat rides out. we hired a car and did several day trips - all very enjoyable. we had a lovely stay - would whole heartedly recommend.

Fabulous Holiday

Superb villa - excellent communication from Chris throughout. Perfect location: less than an hour from Paphos airport. Close to amenities but very private and secure. Easy walk to beach and Latchi harbour with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Polis/Latchi beach lovely - never busy and the sea was warm enough to swim. Rented a car to visit Polis (highly recommend restaurant Finikas) A drive along the breathtaking coast to Argaka and Pomos worth doing. Coral Bay with gorgeous sandy beach and newly renovated strip of bars, restaurants and shops only 35 minute drive. Takeaway delivery from Food Overdose and Pizza Master in Polis very handy (especially on the first night). Villa was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and housekeeping visited twice a week with fresh towels. Swimming pool exceptionally clean (although quite cold!) Kitchen equipped with everything you need, including modern gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Welcome pack of the essentials supplied on arrival. Great outside washing line in full morning sun. Lounge comfortable with English channels on TV. WiFi excellent. Bedrooms spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge (although we didn't need it in November) Parking area outside villa. Overall we had an excellent stay - we have already booked for next year! Only one suggestion : maybe supply pool towels?

Spacious & well-apointed clean villa

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Eleni. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was cleaned on a daily basis and the villa also cleaned several times during our two week stay. Chris the owner was very nice. The villa was a short walk from Latsi Beach and the town of Polis was also walkable which had a lot of nice cafes and restaurants.

Quiet and Relaxing

We stayed at Villa Cyprus, Chriseleni complex, Prodromi, March/April 2022 The Villa was very clean and welcoming, the grounds around the Villa were very well maintained. This Villa had everything we needed, very well equipped. Also, well positioned for all our needs, shopping, restaurants etc are just a short drive away. This is a really quiet and relaxing Villa, which we needed. A lovely place to stay. The owner called to see us and was very helpful. We will definitely be returning, maybe with family and will need more than one Villa on this complex.

Great property with picturesque view

The property is well maintained, kitchen is equipped with everything you would need including ice cream bowls and electric jucer (which was helpful given how tasty local oranges are). The view of the mountains and the sea is fantastic, you will enjoy amazing sunsets. Chris, the host, was very helpful. We also enjoyed regular cleaning of the house and the pool as well as taking out garbage (the advantage of being at the complex of villas). Air conditioning covers all rooms and is sufficient to keep the house cool despite heat. We also enjoyed quitness of the place as it is away from heavy traffic. The beach is just a 5 minutes walk and almost empty at this spot, being slightly away from the nearby public beach (which you can enjoy as well). Highly recommend taking buggy car to the mountains at Akamas. Nature trail of Aphrodite is a great climb if you are not afraid of heights (350m height and 9km of round trip). It is one of the best properties we have rented so far!

A relaxing stay

Chris' villa is very comfortable, well equipped and very well maintained, with a really nice pool, regularly cleaned, great views of Chrysochou Bay and Akamas. It is located in a quiet place less than 10 minutes from the beach, easily accessible by a small path. We appreciated our host Chris' availability and kindness. We had 2 great weeks of vacation in this villa that we recommend.

An ideal place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Cyprus with our friends. It was February, supposedly the worst month for weather in Cyprus but we had no rain and quite a lot of sunshine. It was chilly if we were out of the sun but T-shirt weather in the sun. The villa is in a lovely situation overlooking the sea in the distance. If we were there at a better time of year it would have been lovely to sit on the upstairs balcony, with a bottle of wine, to watch the sunset over the sea. As it was, breakfast on the terrace beside the pool looking over the coast, was ideal. The villa had everything we could want, it was very well equipped. Another en suite would have been a plus as we are all retired - which brings its own challenges but we managed without problems. We walked most days to the port of Latchi which was easy to reach as there is a rough path between the villas down to a better path down to the promenade and going left to the port. We could also walk to Polis by turning right on the promenade to the campsite and then up the road to the town. There is a quicker way along the lanes. Google maps suggests another path across the river near Polis but we discovered it doesn't exist unless you are in a 4x4 or a tractor! We did have a hired car, which we thought was a valued asset. We didn't do much touring round but visited the Baths of Aphrodite and botanical gardens, from where we walked the Aphrodite trail which we loved but you do need good trainers to do it. We also visited the Chysoroyiatissa Monastery which had a lovely view but wasn't open for tourists apart from selling us a bottle of wine. The roads in Cyprus are good and, having been concerned about arriving at the airport in the dark, we found the drive was no problem. Chris, the owner was always available by email and solved our difficulty in finding the tv channels and sorting out the heating. He was very helpful and we would gladly return to this villa.

Channel Island Invaders

As a party of four we have enjoyed and chilled out in one of the Chiseleni Villas for ten days. There are four adjacent staggered villas well appointed that maintain their own privacy. Our villa included one double-bedded bedroom with its own en suite shower, basin and w.c. en suite and the other twin room has a larger bathroom adjacent that has a shower over the bath, basin and w.c. and washing machine. There is also a separate w.c./cloakroom. The kitchen enjoys all mod cons and is open plan to incorporate a dining and lounge area. With 3 patio doors opening on to the balcony adjacent to the swimming pool and a cooling on-shore breeze conditions are idyllic although we needed the aircon units to make the bedrooms tolerable. Offset from the four 2 bedroom villas are two 3 bedroom two story villas so make sure you know which unit you are booking as the original rental website was not that clear. The villas are well situated in a quiet area set back from the main Polis to Latsi road and are easily found from the turn off at the Yangtse Kiang Chinese restaurant which is well worth a visit. There are numerous late night shopping stores nearby that can cater for all basic needs although the larger supermarket in Polis off the main road next to a garage is probably the best value for initial stocking up. We were spoilt for choice as regards eating out in the various tavernas in both Polis and Latsi but perhaps on balance preferred the later as it was cooler. We made good use of the excellent charcoal BBQ which should be marketed in the UK. We were not harassed by mosquitoes but did see a small scorpion! Chris was very kind and accommodating and only a phone call away to sort out or advise on anything, and he managed to sort out my PC internet connection – If it fails there are at least two wifi tavernas in Polis and I used one satisfactorily. Chris was assisted by a young lass who looks after the pools and keeps the villas up to scratch. If asked on any negatives to the villa I would site the initial culture shock of dealing with Cypriot plumbing – binning rather than flushing loo paper, rather uncomfortable beds and some might bewail the fact that the Satellite/SkyTV was not working! It was our first holiday in Cyprus and we would be more than happy to revisit this location.

Eleni Villa

The Eleni villa, and the other villas here, are all beautifully maintained and well cared for. Chris is a very helpful and friendly owner and nothing is too much for him to help with; he was there to greet us when we arrived with a good explanation of where everything was and how it worked. Air con definitely recommended in summer! The views from the villa are fantastic especially at sunset and the surrounding area of Latchi and the other villages are worth exploring. Defintiely a great place for relaxing and the villas are all spaced out and have hedges etc between them for privacy For those of you who just want to relax by the pool and wander down to the tavernas at night in Latchi, which is mainly what we did, Eleni villa is fantastic and leaves you feeling very relaxed; the villa location is also ideal if you want to go exploring either on foot, or by car into Arkamas or the Troodos mountains. It is also only a few hours drive if you want to got to the other side of the island eg Nicosia, Larnaka etc The tavernas in Latchi are generally very good, although they do become chaotic during the Cypriut summer holiday but that just all adds up to the atmosphere and feel of the holiday; would recomemnd La Plage on the walk down to Latchi, which takes about 15mins, or NicAndros in Latchi harbour, which takes about 25 - 30 minutes. if you dont fancy the walk back up to the villa, slight slope from Latchi, then there is a reliable and friendly taxi rank in Latchi. A car is not a necessity if you are planning to eat out each night and get a taxi from and to the airport although it does make things easier and there is an excellent bakery in the next village less than a 5 min drive and there is also a good supermarket in Polis, about 10 minute drive I would definitely recomend this villa and also the other villas that Chris rents here and we are hoping to plan another holiday here.

Villa Elias

We stayed at Villa Elias in June 2010 and had a great holiday. The Villa was very clean, well equipped and well maintained with maid service mid-week. The pool was cleaned and checked daily which was unusual and much appreciated. The property is easy to get to following directions provided by Chris. The Villa is on an elevated location providing a fantastic sea and moutain panaramic view from the garden including the wonderful evening sunsets. Latsi is a short walk along the beach walkway and has an attractive harbour and a number of good fish restaurants. Better dining can be found in nearby Polis, a short drive away. Scenic drives can be found along the north coastline or into the hills towards Trudos where the roads were good. We enjoyed hiring a boat at Latsi (George's Boats) to explore the Akamas coast and its lovely bays. A property to be recommended!

Just returned from our best ever Villa holiday! Perfect peaceful location, very private, fantastic sea views and sunsets. The Villa and pool are excellent and well maintained by Chris the friendly owner. There is a lovely lady onsite most days who checks the pool and garden area and provides the maid service. Our toaster failed and Chris replaced it with a brand new one within the hour. We have had two perfect weeks of relaxation at this Villa and could not have asked for more. As a result we booked for next year before we left and have today booked the flights!

Holiday at Villa Elias

My wife and I, with our daughter and son in law, spent two very enjoyable weeks here in March. The Villa was comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped and maintained, spacious and with a lovely coastal view. The Cypriot owner speaks very good English, and is very friendly and helpful. The Villa is located in a quiet position, convenient for Latchi and Polis, and the Akamas Peninsula, in one of the few relatively unspoilt corners of Cyprus.

Highly recommendable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Elias. The location was perfect and the views were truly stunning, especially with the magnificent sunsets across the Akamas. The villa was well fitted, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was a good bonus to have the broadband access enabling us to keep in contact with family at home.
