Gemütliche 1-zimmerwohnung auf ca. 28 m² für bis zu 2 Personen in Westerland
Newly renovated 1-room apartment, approx. 28 m², for up to 2 people in a popular residential area of Westerland.
This holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and was lovingly renovated and modernised in the spring of 2026.
A small entryway leads directly to the
kitchen: a well-equipped, new kitchenette in the entryway.
Living/dining and sleeping area: Bright living area with a cosy sitting area and a beautiful dining area. The built-in wall unit in the living area provides a comfortable sleeping space for 2 people in a matter of seconds. From the living area, you also have access to the furnished south-facing terrace with a beach chair and garden.
Bathroom: Bright and modern shower room with a towel rack and window.
Location: The city centre area of Westerland, with its numerous restaurants and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach and the beautiful promenade are also within walking distance.
Pets: Not allowed.
Non-smoking home.
Parking: The parking spaces belonging to the house are available to all guests on a rotating basis.

Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr schön, sauber, nett eingerichtet,, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Bettdecken in sehr guter Ausstattung. sie ist klein besonders wenn das Klappbett im Raum steht. Die Couch eher unbequem zumFernsehen auch sehr klein. Bei schönem Wetter grenzt eine Terrasse an den Wohnbereich die mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie einem Strandkorb ausgestattet ist. Die Küche ist in den Eingangbreich der Wohnung integriert jedoch nur für Kleinigkeiten einer Zubereitung ausgerichtet somit auf engstem Raum.. Das Bad ist geräumig und vollkommen ausreichend. Für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung ist die Wohnung jedoch nicht geeignet. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr zentral gelegen auch zur Promenade Westerland sind es ca. 900m zu Fuß LG Heidemaria
