Beware! No bedding or towels

Beware of this listing! When we booked no where did it say that you must bring your own bedding and towels. We were supposedly informed if this in a message hidden in the VRBO app 5 days before our check in and long after we had flown half way around the world. When we arrived we were told we would have to send the property manager 100 Euros via PayPal and they would bring us bedding and towels but not until the next day leaving us to sleep on nothing the first night. I am appalled that any lodging would be allowed to not provide bedding! That is like showing up to a restaurant and being expected to eat off the table and with your hands because you did not bring your own plates and utensils. The property is located in a very industrial area which makes it difficult to find and you must drive quite a distance to find any restaurants or grocery store. The interior itself does appear as it is in the photos but while the fake plants that are everywhere including the shower might look good in the photos they are one of many impractical decorations that just take up space in an area that is very small. We would seriously caution others from staying at this property and paying such a high rate when for the same price you could stay in a much better location and actually be provided with bedding and towels. Nothing about this property is exclusive.

Hier stimmt leider das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. Das Hausboot ist schon ziemlich abgerockt. Ein Stuhl fehlte komplett, so dass keine vier Personen Platz fanden. Auch Geschirr und Besteck waren nicht ausreichend für vier Personen vorhande . Dass in dem kleinen Zimmer das Bett direkt vor dem Fenster steht und es sich somit nicht öffnen lässt, war bei über 30 Grad richtig übel. Schlafen darin unmöglich. Das Hausboot hat dauerhaft Schlagseite, da die schweren Einbauten alle rechts sind und kein Gegengewicht angebaut wurde. Die Größe mit 50 qm anzugeben ist schon fast Betrug. Denn der Wohnbereich hat max. die Hälfte. Hier wurde wohl das Dach mitgerechnet, welches nicht wirklich nutzbar ist, wenn man nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß ist. Außerdem war das Sitzmöbel... nun

Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. Ein Stuhl fehlte, einer war ziemlich rott. Geschirr war nicht genug vorhanden, Besteck auch nicht. Das Fenster im kleinen Zimmer lässt sich nicht öffnen weil das Bett davor steht, das war bei über 30 Grad echt heftig. Der Seifenspender war kaputt, das Hausboot hat keine 50 qm Wohnfläche (hier wurde wohl das Dach mitgerechnet) und es hat dauerhaft Schlagseite, weil kein Gegengewicht angebaut wurde (alle schweren Einbauten sind rechts). So schläft man quasi mit dem Kopf nach unten in dem großen Bett. Die Dachterrasse ist auch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden wellt sich zur Stolperfalle. Die Reling ist so locker, dass man tunlichst nicht stolpern sollte. Und das Sitzmöbel rostet an dem Sonnenschutz fröhlich vor sich hin, so dass der Sonnenschutz nicht mehr hält.Die Lage des Hausboots ist okay und der Blick auf die Trave wirklich schön. Dass in der Marina abends hart gefeiert wird, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Dass allerdings 24/7 ein lautes Pfeifgeräusch aus dem Industriegebiet zu hören ist, könnte vorher erwähnt werden. Ich hatte zum Glück Ohrenstöpsel mit. Hier sollte insgesamt mal etwas nach dem Rechten geschaut und ein bisschen Instand gehalten werden. So war es wirklich zu teuer für den Zustand. Schade... Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit dank des tollen Sommerwetters und haben das Beste draus gemacht. Empfehlen würden wir es jedoch nicht.

Preis /Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht

Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern unzureichend, keine Verdunklung der Fenster im Schlafzimmer und hier auch keine Öffnung des Fenster möglich, keinen Tisch im Innenbereich, wo man auch mit Kindern daran essen kann. Hausboot dicht neben dem nächsten, daher alles sehr hellhörig, besonders bei der Party im Hafen,keine Geschirrhandtücher-diese wären hilfreich bei unserem Leck in der Decke gewesen- die ganze Kommunikation sehr enttäuschend-keine Antwort auf die Fragen zum Check in. Bei dem Preis hatten wir definitiv andere Vorstellungen- besonders da es als „exclusiv“ deklariert wird. Grillen funktioniert einwandfrei, netter Mann am Telefon (er sagte uns auch die „richtige“Adresse).

Hausboot sehr gemütlich, Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Für 4 Erwachsene zu klein. Ausblick vom Boot sehr schön, Gastronomische Einrichtungen sind nicht wirklich zu Fuß erreichbar.

Spaß und gemütlich

Auch wenn der Hafen, in dem das Hausboot liegt, nicht der schönste Ort in der Gegend ist, war das Boot selbst gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war immer freundlich und bereit, unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Trotz des unberechenbaren Wetters hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ich habe zwei wunderschöne Tage mit meinen Kindern verbracht. Auch bei schlechten Weter haben wir es uns auf dem Hausboot gemütlich machen könne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
