Large holiday apartment for 6 people (120 square metres), spread over two floors, features a separate entrance with a foyer, a guest bathroom, and was renovated in 2021; it offers 200 Mbit fiber-optic internet and is therefore also suitable for working from home. The living room, which includes a dining area and a corner bench, features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer. The upper floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a raised double bed (1.40 m), and one with two single beds. There is also a small reading/playroom and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Bedding and towels are included in the price. This is a non-smoking apartment. A parking space, a private terrace, and a storage room for bicycles are available.
The swimming area is accessible via a path leading to the dock.
