This beautiful basement apartment, featuring 2 rooms, a kitchen, an entryway, and a bathroom, is accessible via a 9-step staircase leading from the driveway behind the house.

It is located in a single-family home (smoke-free), which is fully equipped with underfloor heating throughout.
In the small entryway, the kitchen is on the right and features a coffee maker, electric kettle, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer combo, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a small seating area with two chairs here. Through the larger hallway, you’ll reach the bright bathroom with a window and shower (with a step-in height of about 15 cm); a mirror with a shelf and a hair dryer are provided.
A washing machine and a top-loader (for emergency laundry!) are available. In the boiler room next door is a heated laundry room with a clothesline, ironing board, and iron. There you’ll also find a low-step bicycle and a men’s bicycle with a crossbar available for a deposit of 100,- € each.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, TV, and DVD player. The dining area, featuring a large table and 4 chairs (high chair available), is also located here.
Wi-Fi is available in the house.
From the living room, you can access the bedroom, which has a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m).
It is furnished with a chest of drawers, a small vanity table, and a wardrobe with a mirror, a rod, and shelves, as well as a cot.
It is possible to accommodate 1–2 people in the “private room” on the existing recliner and sofa bed.
This room is intended as a backup room, as it contains necessary supplies for the holiday rental and is available only upon request.
The small, enclosed garden area with a seating area includes a barbecue.

Bicycles can be stored in the basement or in the enclosed garden area. Occasionally, storage is also available directly in the garage.
In our beautiful northern region, in the heart of Angeln, lies this 85-square-meter, non-smoking basement apartment in a very quiet residential area.
During the summer months, the basement apartment offers pleasant, comfortable temperatures, and in the winter months, the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the space.
The beautiful countryside invites you to take walks, hikes, or lovely bike rides.
Located right near the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, you can experience pure relaxation on the beaches, in the surrounding fields, and among the many lakes and forests.
Süderbrarup is situated between the two seas and between Flensburg (30 minutes) and Eckernförde (25 minutes).
You have the option of taking a day trip to our beautiful Baltic Sea (approx. 15 km away) or towards the North Sea—to Husum (50 km) or St. Peter Ording (85 km).
A horse farm with its own wooded area and a heated outdoor pool are within walking distance (about 10 min.).
The resort town of Süderbrarup has good infrastructure, including many shopping options, doctors, pharmacies, and bus and train connections.
Numerous recreational activities in the surrounding area ensure you’ll have everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Castles, museums, zoos, swimming pools, an amusement park (Tolkschau), boat tours, and more are just a few minutes’ drive away.
Our Thorsberger Moor (10-minute walk) and other beautiful natural spots are perfect for unwinding.
The beautiful Schlei region offers a sense of well-being, inner peace, and relaxation.
