Spend your days enjoying the large heated pool and spa, added as part of a full outdoor renovation that includes a spacious patio perfect for lounging, grilling, or unwinding after the beach. Speaking of beaches, you’ll be just 6–7 miles from Sarasota’s famous shoreline, steps from the Legacy Trail, and minutes from downtown dining and entertainment.

Inside, the home blends modern updates with a welcoming feel. If you’re working remotely, the dedicated office with dual monitors and a printer makes it easy to balance work and vacation. Bedroom 2 includes a trundle bed, and the bonus room offers a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
