Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des Missverständnisses mit der Agentur bezüglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice über den Betrag für den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. Es ist aber neu mit Sensor, das sollte bald klappen. Der Garten ist für Hunde super (komplett geschlossen) Leider hat bei uns das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Aber die umliegenden Städte Bordeaux und St. Emillion helfen dabei. Wir waren nur mit 2 Erwachsenen, für 6 Personen geht es auch, wäre mir aber zu knapp. Allerdings war ein Teil unten abgeschlossen. Wir haben uns gut erholt !
