Die Abwicklung / Betreuung durch das Fineline Ferienagentur Sylt Team ist sehr gut. Das Team ist sehr nett und freundlich. Buchungen, Zahlungen, etc. werden umgehend schriftlich per E-Mail bestĂ€tigt. An- und Abreise-Informationen sind klar verstĂ€ndlich. Kundenzufriedenheit wird hier gelebt (z. B. wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts zusĂ€tzlich benötigte WĂ€schepakete, etc. sind jederzeit erhĂ€ltlich). Das Team versucht in jeder Lage zu helfen und WĂŒnsche zu erfĂŒllen. Die Praxis bzgl. der Abholung / Abgabe der ObjektschlĂŒssel funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Objekt haben wir bereits mehrfach gebucht, und wĂŒrden es jederzeit erneut buchen. Einen weiteren Aufenthalt haben wir bereits geplant und gebucht. Die GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Ausstattung ist fĂŒr unseren Bedarf optimal. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung funktioniert in jedem Bereich einwandfrei. Das Objekt liegt zentral in Westerland, die fĂŒr uns wichtigen Punkte in Westerland sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die FußgĂ€ngerzone, z. B. Friedrichstraße, ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Anlage "Altstadttor" ist fĂŒr uns die erste Adresse in Westerland bei der Wahl einer Unterkunft. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zu jedem Objekt gibt es einen Parkplatz (welchen wir aus gesundheitlichen GrĂŒnden benötigen), die optimal in die Anlage eingebunden sind. Die Anlage vermittelt eine ruhige, schöne und sichere AtmosphĂ€re.
