The property is decent. The screen door in the front is broken and would not close all the way. The bathrooms were not clean. There was dried urine on the floor next to the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Another bathroom has a mildew infestation that needs to be taken care of. The main level was clean and it seemed to have new carpeting.
