This is a Simple Private Fenced off One Acre Greenville Home with 2 Inviting Bedrooms, and a large Private Patio area with Hot Tub that seats up to 5. It features a Queen Bed in the Large Bedroom and a twin bed. There is also a Futon in the living room. There is an open Kitchen living room and dining room with lots of natural wood accents. Guests enjoy a terrific bathroom complete with a bathtub/Shower, There is a large yard perfect for playing Cornhole or having a campfire-perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it easy to relax no matter the season. Whether you’re curling up with a book or planning your next outing, this soothing cabin offers a fantastic retreat. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Smart tv but no WiFi. Bath towels but no hand or wash cloths. Air fryer had old food particles in it toilet had to clean up toilet bowl cleaner upPaying 246 was a highWindow air worked good

I appreciate the Feedback. The bathroom was cleaned including the Toilet with bleach prior to the guest arriving and two people including myself looked at it. She inquired about having a larger Dog prior to Stay and was accomdated. She did mention food in the Air Fryer which which I apologized for as it was an oversight on my part. This was only our second guest and we are still adding more essentials, rugs, smaller towels, and an end table, as well as other details as time progresses. I find it hard to believe that a private one acre setting with patio and Hot tub, room for her dog to roam, fire pit, etc. is overpriced when Hotel Rooms in Greenville exceed $170 per night.

We stayed two nights while in town for a show in Ionia, and this cabin was the right call. Greenville is a short drive from the fairgrounds and quiet enough to actually sleep after a long day.The place has everything you need for a weekend. Full kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, and enough counter space to actually cook. Washer and dryer in the bathroom, which we did not expect. Two bedrooms, comfortable beds, and the knotty pine and live-edge bar top give it a real cabin feel rather than a staged one.The hot tub is the highlight. It was clean and ready when we got there. Stamped concrete patio, privacy fence, string lights overhead. We sat out there both nights.The fenced yard with the fire pit and picnic table is a good spot for coffee in the morning.Chris was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He let us know ahead of time about anything happening on the property so nothing caught us off guard. We were his first guests, and you would not know it. Everything was ready and thought through.Would stay here again.
