The gîtes are right in the middle of nature and will offer you calm, serenity and rest. Here you can forget all your worries and recharge your batteries.

The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, a very large main room of around 80m2 with a kitchen area, living room and sitting room.

Still on the ground floor, another part of the accommodation is available for between 8 and 10 people. This part has a shower room on the ground floor and a large bedroom with a double bed on the first floor.

In this part of the house there is also a private room reserved for guests as a utility room.

Upstairs, when you reach the top of the stairs, you come to a landing that leads to the downstairs bedrooms.

To the right is the large master bedroom.

In the centre, the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds.

To the left, the 3rd bedroom with 4 single beds.

Due to the estate's isolation and the current lack of fibre, the WIFI offered is only a low-speed ADSL connection.

With the television, you will have access to the TNT channels.

The grounds are spacious, with large green and wooded areas, crossed by a small stream.

Children can enjoy a swing, a slide and plenty of space to let off steam without worrying about passing a car!

As for the parents, they can relax on deckchairs or make use of the outdoor furniture provided in various parts of the estate, or relax by the fire, depending on the season.

An above-ground swimming pool, heated by solar panels, is available to holidaymakers in summer.

In order to limit abuse during the winter period, electricity sub-meters have been installed and will be read on arrival and departure. 15 kWh/day are included in the price; anything extra will be billed at the current EDF rate.

Groups wishing to organise events on the estate are requested to contact the hosts before booking. Events can only be authorised once the hosts have given their agreement and the premises have been privatised.
